Situé dans un quartier très défavorisé, beaucoup de vol, très insécurisant.

Aucun équipement, pas vaisselle, pas linge a vaisselle, pas assez serviettes ( réservation pour 4 adultes et seulement 3 serviettes, 2 tasses, aucun verres pour boire) , pas de micro onde, lave linge non fonctionnel!!! Forte Odeur de moisissure !!! Pas de shampoing, n’y savon, très décevant.

The apartment was very comfortable and easy to adjust to, even for a first-time visitor to Manila.

The location is kinda safe and once you are in the building is okay. The cleaner lady who checked us in was kind and helpful.

The owner is arrogant and disrespectful, while I am still waiting for a refund for more then a week, because he gave us a one bedroom apartment instead of the two bedroom one which we booked. The apartments are not equiped, no mugs, no spoons, no cutlery, nothing besides one or two glasses. The bathrooms are old, water is not going down, smell is terrible. The "ac type ventilator" is soo laud. The view is not beachview, just feom the corner of the room if you break your neck you see the sea. I didn't get replies for messages and I was not welcomed as a customer just as a needy person who already paid so they don't care.

We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Manila
