location and friendly staff

Liked the staff, friendly and accommodating. The hotel although it's old has the basics, and it's close to a mall. I did not like: Noisy ac, the neighborhood is pretty dodgy, homeless, dirty, and a red zone.

To whom it may concern, I want formally complain because when we arrived at the property and nobody is accepted us. I’m showing the booking and pin but as per the reception the host declined us as a guest. I’m calling the number showed in the application, but it’s incorrect. Nobody is replying in the message option in the application also. We’ve waited for an hour until the property told us that they cannot accept us. Therefore, I had to find another hotel on the spot since I am with my children feeling helpless. I need my money to be returned and I hope you can make an action with this , it is very disappointing and unacceptable. Yours truly, Maribeth Bamba

there is so many lacking facilities in the unit. No slippers, no bath towels, no iron, no kitchen utensils, poor water pressure in the shower, television doesn’t have channels, poor signal inside the unit, the bed is hard and etc. there’s so many to mention.

The apartment did not provide kitchen utensils, toiletries or cleaning materials as described in the listening. The on-site rep did not return text as she promised and never resolved the missing items. We left one day early and agreed to a one day refund
