Best Location At Harvard University! 4 Bedroom Apartment! Two Units Available!

Super good location and large apartment. I really liked the parking place, it's nice to have the spacious parking in the large city. We wish we can stay there with more friends.

The location is convenient. The bedrooms are clean and bedding is comfortable.

There were NO smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. The person told me the detector wires hanging from the ceiling had sensors that would contact the fire department. Then the person told me there are no detectors and the fire department left a sensor inside the wall and if there are any fires the fire department will come in 5 minutes. Finally the person told me there were 2 active detectors on the common porch and there were not. The property listed having carbon monoxide detectors and there were none and my direct questions about this were not answered. The bathroom needs maintenance on the tile and caulk. The checkout was 12 PM and a person arrived to the door at 10:55 AM then waited outside for me to leave. The outside of the building has debris lying around. This is not a registered short term rental.

Great location

Falsely advertised. The ad and my personal confirmation both stated this property has a hot tub. We went in February to find that no it does not have a hot tub. The hot tub is “only available during summer/warm months. Moreover, we arrived to find the entire driveway to front door pathway was covered in a thick 6 inch ice with absolutely no way to climb or walk around it. We wrote right away to ask that the ice be cleaned and salted or something because it was very dangerous and making the property inaccessible. It was raining when we arrived and then completely dry the rest of the stay so no reason not to be able to make the walkway accessible before we arrived or at the very least, during the 3 Day stay. We were told someone would not come until the next day around 12 noon. Someone did not arrive until 9:30pm, chipped at the ice for a while, and left without making noticeable improvement. I reached out with my grievances and no remedy has been offered.
