The Storm Hive - Misty Mountain Reserve

Amazing experience under the starts. The Storm hive is located in a fantastic location and you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset perfectly. You can experience 100% privacy and the staff is quite reactive and helpful. Location is 20min from the entrance of Tsitsikamma entrance park.

The quality of the dinner menu / food needs to be improved substantially. Starters are a no go, while the mains (in particular the meaty ones are good). Value for money is a question mark.

Firstly, the service we received from the whole staff was great. Secondly, we also enjoyed our hive, the room was well prepared and nice. Lastly, we enjoyed the warm bath outside.

Driving on the gravel road to the property was a bit challenging, but overall the stay was marvelous .

Einzigartige Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben insbesondere der privaten hot tub unter dem Sternenhimmel genossen. Bemerkenswert auch der aufmerksame und relaxte Service beim ausgezeichneten Abendessen. Die Qualität der Speisen beim Abendessen ist hervorragend. Danke für den wundervollen Abend. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir länger!!!

Beautiful place and so relaxing wish we was there longer! The dome we stayed in was amazing and the iron hot tub was great and outdoor shower was amazing. The main building was a gorgeous relaxing place for dinner and stunning sunset

The road approaching is a gravel track so is slow going

Very unique experience and a nice view/facilities. Cool to bring your stuff in a golf car & good food in the restaurant.

You couldn’t drink water directly, but they made sure there was enough bottled water available.
