Matarangi Lakeside Gem - Golfers Dream!

The location was excellent

No clear directions to locate the unit. Was greeted by an unpleasant odour, smelt of old bait from inside the actual house itself, contacted owner, sent cleaners around who also commented on the smell, blaming previous tenants cooking, they sprayed air freshener but smell was still there, the smell hit you in the nostrils everytime we walked into the house. Long black clumps of unknown hair on one of the bedroom floors when we arrived which was also pretty gross. Would not have paid that kind of money to stay there if they had been honest about the smell inside the house.

Beautiful location and spacious apartment.

Little dated and blinds old or broken. No ironing facilities found.

dirty carpet , poor kitchen stuff , rusty dishwasher, smelly blanket, bug bites in bed..... nightmare for staying 3 nights... guests were so unhappy.

great lake and mountain view, especially the sunset. very close to the golf and great for the causal walk
