Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Nice!"

Great location, beautiful view, garage for your car, good equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, great for families/couples. Spacious bedroom/bathroom

As of July 2023 there are still some constructions going on. For a longer stay (1 week +) we would’ve either liked our own cleaning equipment or someone to come clean the apartment after a week

"Would recommend, despite the key policy"

The apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

They don't say this clearly in the booking description, but the key for the self check-in apartment is stored in their office, which is 9km away from the property. Alternatively, you can pay €10 for someone to meet you at the property with the key. I thought this was very unusual, so after arguing with the staff through emails, they waived the fee. I know €10 isn't much, but it's just a strange policy that I have never seen before, and I feel others should be aware of this before booking.

Moderne Ausstattung, Aussicht in die Berge war in Ordnung, Stellplatz im Falle man hat einen Mietwagen.

Leider viele Ameisen in der Wohnung, auch bei Ankunft schon. Die Shuttelservice vom Airport zur Unterkunft war verspätet, 40 Minuten. Auch nach mehrmaligen durchgeben der Flugnummer und Ankunftszeit, hat er nicht nochmal die neuen Zeiten an den Fahrer weitergegeben - man musste es selber machen.
