We asked for a second key card for the room as we were travelling as a couple and wanted to be independent. Natalie (staff) told us: ‘Only one card for one room. That night she sent us an email via booking.com and told us again that there is only one key card per room. Natalie could have saved herself this instruction, as a guest we don't need any instructions from the host The next day we wanted to hire a scooter for 4 days. The price was negotiated beforehand, Natalie filled out a contract, the price in the contract was 15% higher than previously agreed...that is absolutely dubious We then hired a scooter from another hire company We are extremely disappointed with Natalie's behaviour towards her guests and will never stay at this hotel again

Nice room and pool with amazing view on the sea. The team was very kind.

Clean, bright room with a large comfortable bed and a balcony right next to the pool, with the beach directly behind. I'd recommend this room as it was quiet and had a nice view. The staff and owner were all so friendly, helpful and kind. We were offered good prices on day trips to the islands etc. with pickup from the hotel. The hotel is located away from the main tourist areas and sandier beaches, but the pier for boats to Railay (100 baht) is just a short walk away and we enjoyed the less touristy location. It is also well located for convenience stores, ATMs, restaurants and a beach cafe with live music and massages. It's lovely to just relax in the grounds and enjoy the pool too!

Nothing! But location may not suit everyone

Only suitable for 1 night stay. There was a strong smell of humidity in the room we stayed in. The entire bathroom gets wet when you take a shower. There are only 4 rooms in the hotel with a view, the rest face the wall. The rooms facing the main road are extremely noisy in the morning. The beach is not swimmable due to the high tide and the beach gate is usually locked. Other facilities next door can be used for food etc. Since it is very close to the Longtail Pier, it is easy to go to other beaches and islands. It is a good hotel only in terms of location. The staff is friendly

Everything! The hotel is in Ao Nam Mao, 5 is a small place 5 km away from the more cibrant Ao Nang Town. The hotel is close to the supermarket, 5 mins walking, restaurants nearby also. I had a sea view room at the first floor, amazing view. The room is big and very comfortable. The best thing about the hotel, though, is the people. Natalie was an amazing host, she helped with airport transfers and trip reservations, she was eztremely accommodating and caring. I felt like home, among friends. Fas, the young lady at the reception was friendly and very helpful. The housekeeing always smiling and keeping the place in a perfectly clean state I was sorry to leave this place after 8 nights and do hope to go back very soon Thank you so much for all the friendship care and help during my stay.

The hotel is amazing, and the staff is truly lovely. They are very friendly, polite, and always willing to help – they are genuinely kind. The hotel doesn’t have many rooms, so we often had the pool to ourselves, and you can enjoy the sunset right from your sun lounger. It’s a 10/10 experience. Thank you again to the wonderful staff on-site. We will definitely be back!

- Awefull room very noisy and no view - cleaning still not done at 2:30pm !!! Staff sitting in place of cleaning !! - disrespectful woman at reception ! Very mean and no polit. Trying to add extra cost to the scooter rental after I sign it !!!! People read well everything - breakfast bad quality and so poor - there is no beach ! It’s a brown ground…. - can’t access pool after 8pm and before 8am - very noisy - towel with hole and very used Found better in the city center or few meter away

Staff were incredible and the views are beautiful.

The rooms fill with mosquitoes when they clean and doors are left open. Also, the property is beautiful, but the restaurant is closed and beach access was locked, so I felt like it lost some functionality.
