The apartment was conveniently located. I appreciated how much sleeping space was available. The host was kind when I spoke to her.

There was mold in the kitchen and the bathroom along the baseboards. I noticed it on the last day (after my toddler had a runny nose every time we were in the apartment). I sent pictures to the host. I'm assuming since they probably hire out cleaning and maintenance the host was unaware of the mold. The message I got back from them was strange. It read something like "thanks for bringing this to our attention. Please rest assured that our property meets all city inspection standards". I felt like that was an odd response. There was no apology or promise to fix the issue.The freezer was broken, which was unfortunate. We had ice packs to pack lunches for an event and they were useless to us. The host was quick to respond to that issue. They asked us to check the breaker, though that didn't end up being the issue. However, they ended up sending a maintenance person without warning me. That was unsettling. The host did quickly apologize when she realized what had happened.

It’s so cute and functional. The beds are comfortable on another level and it’s near a bunch of food, places and things to do so you’re sure to have fun!

We enjoyed it at a amazing price as well

It was stocked up with small detergent, toilet paper, towels, pots and pans

What we didn’t like about the property is that our first couple of days the people upstairs were making a lot of noise, but as the days went by it calm down maybe we should had gotten upstairs instead

Good location and value. House size is decent. Host is friendly and helpful.

The apartment was clean.

The door code provided did not work. The phone numbers provided for concerns did answer either text or call, even after multiple attempts. They would only communicate through email. The refrigerator did not work as promised, and we had to throw away food. If you reserve 7 people, 7 towels and washclothes should be provided.The location is a neighborhood that is trying to be cleaned up, but the surrounding area is sketchy at best. Overall is was a cheap place with poor communication that we will never rent again.
