Villa Incanto-Piano Terra - Fronte mare By Cala Salento

Posizione ottima! Letteralmente a due passi dal mare. Ampio spazio esterno con barbecue. Parcheggio auto interno alla villa. Nella zona è molto difficile trovare parcheggio. Alloggio luminoso e spazioso.

I letti e i cuscini non sono molto comodi.

This is a wonderful house on the beach, literally a few steps from the beach at the foot of the sand dunes. We had a very warm welcome, Marina is fantastic! Everything was there, nothing was missing. It was perfect!

great location, very close to the beach (maybe 80 meters) and two beach bars (about 50m), very large common space and dining table. Good bathrooms, clean. Good value for money.

- the property was missing some essentials which I would consider "normal" to have in a rented property. Ie. we had to buy our own kitchen sponge for washing dishes, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper (only few were supplied for the start of the stay), and for me the most bizarre was the missing bin bags. All are in my opinion quite cheap items but their lack means you have to go shopping for them every time you find out you are missing them, plus you need to buy the full packaging. So you end up buying a whole box of dishwasher tables but you end up using few pieces during your stay (same for bin bags, etc.) On the other hand you are provided some washing gels and soaps. Might be normal in Italy (I am not sure), but as a foreigner you certainly do not take these items with you on the flight. - the villa has two levels and you rent only one "apartment" therefore you share the villa (common space/parking) with other people renting the other apartment. Thus you are not renting the whole villa as it might seem from the offer.
