Newly Renovated Loft Villa at Norwich Spa with amenities, 3 minutes to Mohegan

Clean, updated wonderful place. This is our second year coming. We use the spa and restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. We bring our own snacks for a cozy night in with movies/games or for a quick breakfast. We went to Farm Italy at Mohegan Sun two minute drive away and had a fabulous dinner. Casino was booming with concert that night. Used door dash for an option another night. Drove to Newport Wineries for great day out. Used Norwich day spa another day. This location is a BARGAIN and wonderful IF you make yourself familiar with the area. It’s close to everything we needed it for: Spa at Norwich, pool Mohegan Sun and was a nice drive to Mystic or Newport. 20 minute drive to ferry!

Nothing negative to say! A previous reviewer complained about the location, but that really comes down to personal planning. This spot is perfect if you’re visiting nearby attractions like the Spa at Norwich or Mohegan Sun or taking day trips to Newport or Mystic. The condo itself was spacious and easily accommodated our group of four friends. It’s common sense to bring your own snacks, but even if you forget, Stop & Shop is only about a 15-minute drive away.

The location was excellent and the place was immaculate! The detail and thought put into the loft was amazing! We will definitely be back again!

We loved the decor. The owners obviously thought every square inch down to the bar and how they fitted that small, probably had to cut slightly on the shelves of the wine fridge. Or the skylights to make it feel more open. 2 TVs in one are jut for our comfort so someone on the Murphy bed does not have to leave the bed or crane head to watch anything. And that "last thought" of a microwave spot lol. For our comfort, we loved that she wrote early to tell us that the place was ready actually 2 to perhaps even 3 or 4hrs prior when w died literally in traffic to respect check-in time when had we'd received that email earlier, we would have left by 9 or 10am as we were coming from Jersey. We left at 11 hoping 3hrs and told her we would be there by 2. But we made it after 3 🙄! I think she wrote us by 12 that the place was ready. We love the amenities, the quiet, the overall ease.

We hated that all the pictures for anything in the area are just fake... kind of fake. We went to the casino and... it feels dead. The restaurants, no matter how many reviews you see. How far you try. Unless you leave the place for a good 30, 45m of drive from any point. You won't find an interesting restaurant or an ambiance or food that will rock your world. In fact, every single one of them at fist park. They look unopened. Totally closed if not abandoned. We understand this is rural living but there's rural and dead, desolate, abandoned. If you read reviews and you think you've hit the jackpot of spot: close to casino with awesome restaurant . Near the spa, near activities for kids and family. And you think, wow that sounds lively, awesome! Dead. Honestly our only relief is that at least our villa and amenities were good enough. Everything sounds way too greater than they should advertised. Everything looks better on the phone.. We hated that breakfast was such a hassle. They should recommend to everyone to go to the Shoprite and get some stuff before trying any restaurant close by. But who wants to drive miles for just breakfast? Speaking of which, we hated that for how awesome this loft is, you should expect a nespresso machine instead or some varieties in the coffee pods. It's a machine that we worry that the back can't come off for a wash and is filled with mildew. And some owner specific flavor when if you get some dark roast, some medium and flavored type and leave 2 or 3 of each per stay. It would have not killed. The bar, we hated that everything was dusty to a fault. We hated that the hot tub water was toooooo toooo hot and you can't control it. Or that the pool water where the saunas are felt itchy and dirty though the next day in the morning when we went, it was pretty fresh and refreshing. I guess the filters could use a cleaning and since overnight it had more time without use. It was cleaner.

Location was fantastic. Amenities were more than enough. The condo was much more enjoyable and functional than a hotel room. Plenty of beds for multiple people unwilling to share a bed!

Everything was good, close to Mohegan sun, no complaints, fit what we needed perfectly.

The location, cleanliness, and amenities were great.
