"Apart from the situation with the customer services, everything related to the apartment was perfect."

Everything was great! The apartment was amazing and in a great location very close to Plaza Mayor. Also, the way how the apartment was organized fitted very well to our needs, and the purpose we were there. So, everyone of us enjoyed their stay in.

The property was great. What we were lacking was shower kits. We arrived very late the first night and we were expecting to find shampoos and take a shower. There were only 2 small kit. Eventhough we requested additional kit, we never received it.

Very clean and great location. Comfortable beds. Calm place.

We only had one bed sheet in the double bed which is fine for a couple but it would have been good to have an extra bed sheet when traveling with friends. There was no kitchen towel which could have been useful - we had tea every morning and evening. Therefore we have cleaned the cups by hand - since using the dishwasher would not have been made sense. We asked for those extra things but this would have cost 15€ extra.
