This property has everything we would wish for! The perfect place to stay. It looks like it would even have been suitable for a larger group. It was perfectly placed for walking Hadrian’s Wall which is what we came to do. The Samson Inn was fabulous too, warm and friendly and lovely food. Highly recommended.

Only one bathroom, but that wasn’t a problem for the three of us.

"Lovely, gracious and spacious house in a quaint village along Hadrian's Wall."

House was right on Hadrian's Wall. It was beautifully decorated and the mattresses and pillows were excellent. We appreciated the use of a washer/dryer.

There is so little food available in town. It would be nice if the hosts had an honesty shelf with cereals, shelf stable milk and juices and other staples that guests could buy.

The house was amazing, clean roomy, great location, would definitely stay again ....on the funny side you kind gifts were a lovely touch and very thoughtful , but could we have a loaf of bread and not the wine 😉...Thank you both for a great stay . 😊
