Great location with parking included in the street (valet, so you have to give your key to the guy of the parking), spacious appartement.

Very noisy (we were unlucky since there were two guys talking all night next to our appartement) and a bit dirty (hairs in the very small shower and a centipede).

The apartment is very nice. Dealing with the owner/manager was a breeze. He did a video that shows you where to park and how to get into the apartment. He was responsive to all my messages. If you drove, finding a parking lot appears to be a next to impossible feat. This apartment had parking as part of the deal. The apartment is large in a nice neighborhood and building. Booking.com always gives way too much emphasis on location. This is one time the location should get bonus points. It is so convenient to everything that I wanted to see (and is listed in the guidebooks) and is close to many bus line stops. The kitchen is well appointed and of good size. There is a large sized refrigerator. There are 3 beds (2 twins and 1 double). We only used one bed, and it was comfortable. It was just my wife and myself, so privacy is not an issue. Privacy may be an issue with two couples (the one door between the bedrooms had clear glass. The water temperature and pressure for showering was good. There are two toilets. One toilet is in another room from the shower with a vanity (good lighting for putting on makeup). The other toilet in the room with the shower is 1/2 way under the sink and was extremely difficult to use (didn’t see the other bathroom immediately :) ) One of the problems that I see with the apartment is that if you are a big individual (overweight or perhaps spend all your time in the gym lifting weights) being in the shower could be a problem. The apartment is on the ground floor and seems damp (a dehumidifier might help). The owner ask that you turn off all appliances when you go out, which we did. He lists AC to turn off, but it was still cool, so I don’t know how well it functions. (If it is like all the other things in the apartment, I would expect no problems). I would definitely rent this apartment again and for a long duration.

Great location and the secure parking was excellent for the hire car. Helpful staff on arrival to show the property then left us to it. Easy to explore the city from here. Apartment was great, only downside being the extremely small shower, but it was manageable.

The location is excellent and very close to the ancient town centre which is about a 10 minute walk. Check in was easy and Ivan is very good with his communication.

The bathroom is very small but more importantly it would be useful to have shutters or blinds on the windows in the main room as the light from the building next door is very disturbing when trying to sleep at night with the current sheet covering the windows.

Much about the Centrocitta’ via Caffaro apartment worked well for us, and we loved that it was located right at the edge of the historical Center. The ground floor apartment was good for bringing in luggage. The apartment was very large. The valet parking was great! The assistant was more than helpful and made it easy for us. The host was responsive to all our questions. Wifi worked great.

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, though there was a fan. (We forgot to look for a place with air conditioning, so this was not the fault of the property, but as the weather was very hot, this was a problem). We needed to keep the windows closed due to the youth center next door, from which we heard talking most of the evening, though not boisterous. The 2 very small bathrooms (the shower was very small). There was a washing machine but we couldn’t figure out how to use it.
