Three bed apartment sleeps 5 in botanic

There were needles everywhere outside there were loads of drug takers looking in our vehicle. I did not like the area there were damp in the bedrooms. It was just very very bad.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was only 20 minute walk to Donegal Square and a train station only 6 minute walk. The Queen’s University is only a 3 minute walk away from here. Had everything that we needed and had a lovely time. Would

The host was very responsive and sent very clear instructions to check in/check out plus info on food delivery options in the area. The apartment had a good amount of space with many facilities. There were fans in each room which was appreciated as it was quite warm inside, particularly as it was July.

It was a bit further out of the main centre than we thought so we had to get taxis in and out or it would be a longer walk. The apartment needs a lick of paint and some freshening up. The bathroom was a little damp/mouldy due to no window in there, needs some freshening.

Hotel was nice clean and spacious and in a fab location for city centre plenty room in it aswell

This seemed like a lovely apartment at first appearance. It would if you don't care about quality of sleep.

The first night's sleep was awful. The bed was dreadful, the springs on the mattress were protruding, and the bed squeaked when you turned. I contacted the host, and they gave us a mattress topper that got us through our stay. I went back through reviews and noticed that this was an issue last year. When putting mattress topper on, I noticed that the mattress was stained. The kitchen is poorly equipped, with only one wine class. Poor kitchen utensils. In addition, the bathroom needs a good clean, and the walls are covered in mould. If we had done our research properly, we would not have stayed in this area because it is a student area. It's very noisy at night. The apartment has such potential but needs a good clean.
