El Cielo: Lujoso Ático en Madrid Centro

Spacious well appointed apartment in the center of it all. We enjoyed having the extra space. The space looked and felt clean and well kept.

Small issues finding the place the first day. Only one elevator was operational and one of the days someone had it blocked off to move. This was tough in my daughter who was recovering from ACL surgery.

Location was perfect in the middle of the center

Entrance of building was somewhat shabby

Central… a little tricky to get our luggage in the property if traveling by car. But once you are there you will be fine

Fact that we battled to find parking for our car

I can say with great honesty, this apartment is fantastic and deserves the rating I gave it. The host was terrific. Really easy to communicate with and really posts attention to detail for customers. We received a bottle of bubbly when we arrived and some basic items such as milk and shower gel. The apartment is in a terrific location, it's decorated to a very high standard. A lovely terrace, very bright kitchen/lounge and lovely bedrooms two of which are ensuite. The location was great for us, plenty of shops and bars around.

The access is a little daunting at first. It's mainly done with either an app to unlock the door or a key code. But it actually worked really well for the 5 of us. It did not put me off and I'd absolutely go back to stay here!!

It was a little confusing. Could have done with better instructions.

When we came out of the lift there was no ceiling outside the apartment and then roof was being held up by metal poles. It would have been nice to have been warned about this.

Check in process cumbersome. App to unlock door quirky.

We had a great time! It is a very nice appartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, new and modern. The location is great, in the middle of Madrid!

It was great and would really recommend staying here. The only thing i would recommend is to buy larger beds, the beds are all 140 wide.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. The hosts are insanely friendly and helpful. The apartment is very good equipped, clean and in a perfect location. It does not get any better than this. We will be happy to come back again. Thank you!
