The location pictures shown on the website did not match what we found. There were no greenery only buildings under construction around our location.
ININIt's actually expensive as compared to its neighbouring or city centre counterparts. The major disadvantage is it's location we suffered a lot during our daily commute. 70% of the rickshaw drivers didn't knew where is basera baikunth and who knew charged a hefty sum to drop us here and at nights many rickshaw drivers refused to drop us here and who came charged a lot. It's 5 kms from bankey bihariji and rest other main temples like radharamanji radhavallabh ji which is quite a huge distance for daily darshan. Also the room rent is very high and then you'll have to pay daily atleast 500Rs just to go from here to the main temples and come back excluding other commuting charges which you pay while travelling in vrindavan. So overall I would not suggest to stay here as it's not at all easily reachable

AUvery clean, no mould or mildew. bathroom was clean too. nice location, very safe with security at the gate, and a quiet little complex without much traffic. staff kept it very clean each day. room and the villa were locked and safe, the WiFi worked well. power cut out occasionally, but it only affected the ceiling fan which wasn't too bad because it was not a hot time of year. WiFi stayed on during power cuts, so it wasn't boring. it was about a 25 minute walk to baktivedanta sarasvati marg road where the ISKCON temple and the prem mandir are located, that is also where you can find many restaurants and businesses. there was a small corner store right outside the complex gates that had a decent range of foodstuffs and household goods which was very handy.
the room was too bright at night. lots of light coming in via the windows (sheer curtains) and above the room door was another window without curtain. this made it difficult to get good rest. blackout curtains would be a nice upgrade. also, the young man looking after the guests offered us a cup of tea or coffee very often, I don't even drink tea or coffee but accepted one cup after many times offered to be polite, then upon leaving (6 days later) he messaged me and said that I had not paid for the tea I got. He should be upfront with guests for any services that he expects payment for, and definitely not be so pushy. He also asked for some foreign currency to keep as a momento, I had none on me, but it felt like he was just trying to get money. other than that, everything else in the place was fine.
