22nd Floor Luxury City Centre Apartment

Clean and comfortable in a super location. Great views too. Easy access to cathedral quarter, about 5 mins walk.

Check in was a bit of a disaster (lock box not in place as described, phone with no battery to give access to building and car park) however point of contact was super helpful to assist. Ran out of hot water after two showers too which was surprising for the size of building.

The location was close to the city centre. The view of the city was amazing. Facilities were great. Comfy beds.

The apartment photos are outdated and misleading. The host was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. We also encountered significant issues with parking, and no support was offered to resolve them. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking this place.

No shower mats provided and the shower, particularly the one over the bath was quite slippery. Recommendation: to replace fold out sofa bed with a small double or single bed. Provide clothes hanger in smallest room.

Great location in a very secure building. The apartment was large with great views of the city. The host was responsive to most of our queries.

There was initially no power. We were provided with a code that allowed us to activate power to the apartment. The third bedroom has a sofa bed in it that was not comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were full of bedding. Unsure what to do, we decide not to make use of the laundry facility.
