The holiday home was spotlessly clean. Caroline (host) was very friendly and informative. Also my sister had a severe allergic reaction and Caroline went to the pharmacy and went out of her way to be of assistance. Which was greatly appreciated. The bedrooms were clean with quality bedding. Property is cosy and I would say the living area is a bit small for four adults as there is one small sofa. There are chairs also round the table. Very close to the beach. Parasol and beds available to use. Which was great.
Upstairs shower steps are high and thin. Awkward to maneuver. So we used the shower downstairs instead.

Excellent location, lovely clean house with everything you need supplied. Pleasant private terrace for drinks etc. Very close to a quiet stretch of beach, a minute's walk only. Perfect for kite surfers as that piece of beach is the dedicated kite surfing area for Santa Pola.
It's worth noting that the swimming pool has restricted opening times, and is available only at specific hours. This is a community facility, so not at the policy of the individual property owners. The pool is clean and well maintained.
