Damp,cold smell in house outside a mess ,bed covers not ironed n bleach marks on them and towels,no instructions how to work fire heating etc,dirty cushion covers on sofa

very comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment. Everything you would need was provided.

We were initially very disappointed with the environment and the locatuon. After some exp!oration, the location was very good for what we wanted from our visit.
