Very clean and tidy, and in an excellent location. Extremely well-heated as well. Very nice bathroom
limited kitchen basics such as oil, pepper etc. The washing machine worked, but the dryer didn't work despite using it 3 times, leaving my clothes soaking wet on the journey home. Poor communication over messaging service - no answer after 3 days. Housekeeper started opening the door from the outside despire numerous loud confirmations that we were in the apartment. Matress was extremley hard and the pillows were very flat and firm

BE AWARE OF SCAM!!! The owner asked to pay outside the platform, what was already suspicious. I was charged full amount including refundable damage deposit of £75 what has not been returned despite many attempts to communicate this to the owner of the property. Do not fall for this! Also I had to ask for check in information several times and only after sending direct message to the host I finally received it. Due to change in circumstances I didn’t stay in the property so can’t comment on the quality of apartment.
THIS IS A SCAM!!! Since I didn’t use the property I was promised that the damage deposit of £75 and the cleaning fee of £45 would be refunded but I haven’t received any of it just an empty promises! This has been passed to Booking.com team now.

The fact that it is within walking distance to the city center and offers several varieties of options in regards where to buy things needed is fantastic.
An additional bin could be nice on the toilet.

Location is great and central. Property is clean.
However there were no clear directions/map for designated car space. It’s certainly not in the courtyard where the apartment is located. I could not find it. Also the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) as shown in the picture were missing.
