Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Viele nett eingerichtete Zimmer mit 2 schönen und funktionalen Bädern.

Ein Schlafzimmer ist zur Straßenseite und recht laut. Ohne Klima (die leider defekt war) wird es nachts zu warm. Das Gebäude wirkt alt und schmutzig.

The apartment itself was lovely clean and spacious . Well located and good value . Such a shame that the communal areas let it down An unusual property for sure , initially we wanted to run for the hills but eventually the location and apartment itself won us over

The building itself is very very run down with communal areas not seeing a sweeping brush or clean for what appears to be decades Graffitti, smashed glass and dead cockroaches in the communal areas , we almost sought alternative accommodation because of this. The apartment itself though was clean welcoming and we decided to see how it went. Perfectly located so we decided to stay and once we got over the initial shock it was fine

La posizione centralissima. Struttura accogliente. Due stanze hanno il letto matrimoniale, le altre due ad una pizza e mezza. Per il resto tutto ok

Ahimè per noi italiani niente bidet e ormai ci siamo rassegnati. Il secondo bagno ha un lavandino molto molto piccolo. l'armadio della nostra era pieno di cose necessarie per la pulizia e il cambio biancheria, praticamente non utilizzabile. Spero questo possa essere risolto dall' host

Perfect central location! (Elevator in building big enough to fit stroller which is great when travelling with kids) Great spacious apartment and nicely decorated, felt very at home and cosy, loads of space to hang out together in two larger rooms and kitchen We were 6 adults with 2 children and had plenty of space and everything we needed (also in the kitchen). Such a bonus to have two bathrooms. The terraces in the two big rooms are also really lovely. Easy and friendly communication with hosts Looking forward to staying here again!

Lage, einfaches einchecken, schnelle Rückmeldung des Vermieters

Uns wurde 2 Wochen vor der Ankunft versprochen, dass wir die Wohnung schon um 10.00 Uhr beziehen können. Da niemand vorgängig drin ist. Leider gab es bei der Ankunft einen deftigen Schock. Alle Betten waren zerwühlt, alles schmutzig und nicht für neue Gäste vorbereitet. Geschirr stand herum, die Bäder noch verunreint. die Küchen wollten wir nicht benutzten. Wir waren echt negativ überrascht. Direkt mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufgenommen. Die Antwort war, dass die Besucher eine Nacht verlängert haben und die Reinigungskraft darum noch nicht da war!! Eine einfach Meldung einen Tag zuvor, dass wir doch nicht früher einchecken können, wäre das mindeste gewesen. Wir mussten bis 15.00 Uhr überbrücken. Zurück in der Unterkunft, waren wir alle überzeugt, dass die Betten nicht frisch bezogen wurden. Der Geschirrspüler war auch noch mit schmutzigem Geschirr befüllt. Der Boden schmutzig, unsere Socken waren im nu Schwarz! Echt schade, denn die Wohnung und die Lager ist wirklich Genial. Vieles ist in Gehnähe erreichbar Ich hoffe das war bei uns nur ein Zwischenfall. Ich hoffe auch dass die Kakerlaken nicht mehr zurückkommen. Grusslig, wenn man Nachts auf Toilette geht und so ein Ding über die Füsse krabbelt.
