The beds were comfortable and the house was quiet for sleeping. Kitchen was well stocked.

It took many messages to what I assume was a service to connect with someone regarding the property. Sometimes they would answer promptly and other times never answer at all which lead to a lot of frustration. Guests should understand before booking that they can not use the hot tub unless they request to have it turned on prior to each use and they will only be able to use it if someone responds from the service. When we requested to use the hot tub in the morning, we never received a response after sending several messages and waiting in our bathing suits for over 2 1/2 hours. Then were blamed for not giving them enough time to respond.
