"Great Location, nice property and excellent staff!"

The property is very nice and has touch of local cultural aspects. There were good food options and lots of activities to explore. The pool was nice and while it was not temperature controlled, they nature did a good job at balancing it. Our host Alisha did a fantastic job at looking after us as our one point of contact for everything. She was pleasant and always there to welcome when she saw us around. Also Desha from F&B did a very good job and was pleasant. Housekeeping ensure cleanliness and rooms were turned down for us to wind the day. Overall we had a very good time and will definitely visit again.

F&B Ala Carte service can be improved a little as we found it difficult to find staff to order. Also one particular gentleman at the BAR wasn’t very pleasant and visibly upset when we ordered some snacks to go with our coffee and Tea which they were servicing at the BAR as part of our package. Apart from that, everything was very good so didn’t affect our overall stay.

"Exceptional"

Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, buffet for dinner not as good. We did try the Dragon restaurant- which was excellent but under utilized due to lack of tourists- the menu was limited but very good- they essentially opened it for us and one other group. Yoga was great with Manuli. Perfect way to start the day.

One of the best experiences in Sri Lanka so far. Clean, safe, amazing atmosphere, don’t miss a chance to try marshmallow pudding. It’s just amazing.

Beautiful pool, friendly staff, met you at the entrance and provided welcome towels etc.

Food buffet wasn’t amazing - not bad but not great. Forgot our drinks order, and took quite a long time to tell us we couldn’t put the parasol up but other then that really great
