Studio Flat, Close to Perth City Centre

Location turned out to be perfect for what I needed, was having a wisdom tooth out, in the dentist which happened to be 10mins walk from where I booked, so very convenient, an good for me to rest an recover

Issues with the hot water and the heating, upon arrival took a while to warm up, thou the heating never got hot just warm, but shower was very nice, Needs a woman's touch in the flat , just for the final details bits , but was fine for what we needed, their was no WiFi there, but we have 4g on our phones so that was fine.

Location was quite close to the centre and easy to find. Property had all we needed for a stay of a few days, we were not sure if there was a fridge as it isn't shown in the pictures, but yes - even a vacuum and iron. Parking around the corner, but plenty of space. Shower is very powerful and choice of shower head

Only criticism was the TV is not connected to terrestrial, catch up or streaming only, but we didn't go to watch TV anyway. There is a spare bed, but most things we set up in twos (plates etc)

Fitted our needs well no need to rush up for breakfast & found it clean tidy & within 10 minutes of city centre .

Lack of parking outside flat but could park just around the corner so not to bad.

Very nice flat would stay there again very clean
