Absolutely fantastic flat – we couldn’t have asked for more. The layout is perfect, with two spacious first-floor bedrooms and an additional ground-floor bedroom, making it ideal for groups or families. The host has clearly paid great attention to detail throughout the property, from the décor to the overall comfort. One of the most important things for me when staying anywhere is the quality and cleanliness of the bedding, and this flat truly excelled in that area. The sheets were immaculate and felt just like a 5-star hotel – crisp, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless, well thought out, and welcoming. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable stay

The hand basin in the bathroom was too small

Few nice touches in the property. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage for belongings.

Garden was an eyesore. Parking was tricky as road was very busy. Kitchen finish was quite poor.

Location was good, 15-18min walk into the Gloucester Docks area, 30min walk from the Train Station. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Mod-Cons included fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

One small bathroom for max number occupants is a bit tight. Wash hand basin in the bathroom was very small.

All ok Only thing that needs doing is the hinges on some of the doors could do with oiling as they are a bit squeaky. Easily remedied

Great location 20 min walk from the Gloucester Quays which are lovely. 25 min walk from the train station. Exceptionally clean and free parking outside. Fully equipped kitchen with tea and coffee and milk which was a lovely touch. Good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. Good shower.

The upstairs bedrooms could do with some shelves or chest of drawers to store clothes and put toiletries etc on. Also, need a mirror in the bedroom upstairs on the left. The garden needs to be sorted with some outdoor seating as it would have been nice to sit outside in the sunshine.

Nice house with comfy beds and everything we needed for our stay. Good value compared to hotels in the area

It didn't smell great when we arrived - had to open all the windows and even then the smell lingered, but it was clean otherwise.

Heating wouldn’t work place was freezing but other the that was perfect
