The property team is very responsive and made sure all my needs were met asap. The property offers tons of “included” amenities and the actual unit is awesome. Much better than any hotel! Here you get an entire apartment to yourself for a similar price. The building was located close to everything I needed during my trip. It was also nice to come back from my long day to a pleasant quiet atmosphere. Smaller than large-scale hotels, our stay felt like a home away from home!

LOFTS@JC is a beautiful new building with awesome stylish furnishings and top appliances. The room offered everything and anything I needed for my stay … such attention to detail! The staff are great, very responsive, and the location is perfect. Definitely coming back here on my next trip to the area.

"Basic and Okay for A Couple of Nights"

Building looks and feels like new construction even though it sold in 2017. The hosts were very responsive to questions and provided easy-to-understand instructions on checking in. Location was convenient to Binghamton and Vestal, NY.

The place is nondescript. Basic furniture, bare walls. Not sure why it's called a Loft building. Parking lot is behind a gate, which says something about the neighborhood. I lived in Johnson City years ago and some parts are still pretty run down. It was okay for a weekend stay. Thin walls made it easy to hear neighbors.
