This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "It's a great apartment. Especially, if you spend most of your time outside or on the terrace."

We love staying in this apartment! The view from the terrace is amazing. You should know that the terrace is adjacent to a neighbor's. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the kitchen. We appreciate the little details that enhance the user experience, like the extra hangers in the bathroom.

You should be aware that the apartment is a bit dark, and there are ants in the kitchen. Also, the mosquito repellent in the bedroom doesn't work, so we were woken up by a mosquito at night.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Alles war da, auch in der Küche. Wir haben unser Frühstück auf der sonnigen Dachterrasse mit Meerblick genossen. Sogar der Grill ist da - perfekt für ein romantisches Abendessen. Wichtig: die Straße ist schmal und stark abfallend. Es ist nicht einfach, einzuparken. Parkplatz haben wir meistens in einer der Seitenstraßen gefunden. Noch ein Hinweis: die Wohnung und die Lage sind nicht barrierefrei, sicherer Tritt ist nötig.

Alles war gut.

Great place set back from the town with fantastic views. Plenty of amenities. 10 minute drop in to town. Comfortable inside and lovely terrace in the roof.

Hard going treck back from town. There was no hair dryer as advertised. Being run by a business it seems to have lost the personal touch. Our contact didn't have a clue about things that I asked.
