Wonderful property located in a great part of Polanco. Beds were great, space was nice, couches and chairs were nice. Good blackout treatments on the windows helps to sleep and keep the heat out during the day.

Didn’t affect us, though there is no AC, they do provide some fans, and we never needed them. Maybe it could be an issue during a heat wave - it was raining a bit every evening, so that helped cool down the air.

Property was spacious for 9 people in my group. Very comfortable and clean. The place is located in a Mexico area that is calm and relax.
