Brand New 3 Bedroom Condo in Bettendorf

Very comfortable. Felt right at home.

Beautiful condo with many of the kitchen utensils you need.

We never received instructions on how to get in. The door has a code lock, but suddenly it opened. There were keys, but we used the garage door opener. Tried to text the owner, but never received a reply during our 3 day stay. Glad we didn't have any issues since we didn't receive any response from the owner until after we had left a day later.

Very nice, new condo. Everything was in really good condition.

Several small things were annoying, which caused me to rate it kind of mediocre. 1) No garage door openers were available, even though they were supposed to be. Contacted the host and the answer was simply "huh - that's odd" and no attempt to remedy. So every time we came and went we had to get out of the car to open or close the garage. 2) No soap in the showers. Had to go buy soap nearby in order to take a shower. 3) Coffee maker didn't work at all, and mentioned this to the host, but rather than proposing a fix, I had to offer to buy a replacement of the same style, pay for it myself and ask to be credited back the price. Which I did, and after a couple days delay, I was refunded the cost, but this meant I had to go out and shop for a coffee maker for our family members that were hard core coffee people in the morning. 4) Trash bins in the garage for trash and recycling were almost completely full when we arrived, and were supposed to have been put out on the street the morning of our check-in day, but they were left in the garage. All the neighbors' bins were empty on the street. I asked what the approach should be - would someone come empty them, or were we to just pile up the trash and recycling in the garage - and the answer was the latter. 5) Almost every time I tried to contact the host it took hours before I would hear back. In one case it was more than 24 hours. This was particularly an issue given how many different problems we were having. Again - all of these things are certainly not monumental issues, but it seemed like it was a constant stream of minor annoyances and inefficient responses that persisted throughout our stay. Loved the place - it was really nice. But it was kind of a hassle the whole time.
