FRwe had a great stay at Ferroch! The view is amazing, lights are astonishing and the feeling to be close to nature again was really great! a special thanks to the deers who visited us every night. And yes you need to close the garden door carefully to "keep the deer out".

early part of the week (Mon / Tues and some Wednesday) lots of local facilities (restaurants, bars, shops) were closed. You need to plan ahead to ensure days out fit in with places being open at this time of the year (up until Easter)

ESLovely big house with stunning views. We really enjoyed staying in this cozy, comfortable, clean house where there is everything you may need. I’d like to mention we arrived late and Ann, the housekeeper,brought us lots of food from her house. We’ll always remembe her kindness and will to help. We loved the paintings on the walls by Cloe Tinskey, really special an beautiful. From Ferroch we visited the isle of Skye, Inverness and lovely villages and countryside. Great location and unforgettable views. And we loved having the deer coming to see us every evening!!!

GBI loved the views! The size of the property was perfect. They had everything u could possibly need in the kitchen. All with ur basic tea n coffee. Herbs.
Bedrooms and hallway were dusty. Big cobwebs in most rooms but worse in the hallway and kitchen! Glass panels in doors hadn't been cleaned. Some parts of kitchen worktops and cooker handles looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. And then there was the worst part... a DIRTY SANITARY PAD under the bathroom sink that was SOLID!! Clearly been there for some time!! Most of the furniture tops are covered in old cup rings. Didn't like how the holiday neighbours are at the other side of a locked interior door as it used to be one big house. The owner contacted myself and offered us a tea and cake treat as an apology. And told us the housekeeper had alot of cleaning to do before we arrived and missed out some parts. But it was very clear that these things weren't from past week. She clearly hadn't been doing her job properly for a while. Was totally gutted as I don't spend this kind of money normally.
