Location was great for Clotes lift although a steep uphill walk. Just be aware if you would find that a challenge Close to bars restaurants etc and a Carrefour very close by plus a lovely deli.

It would’ve been nice to have been advised about the structural work going on around the apartment. It didn’t disturb us too much but does give the wrong impression of the apartment from the outside although the inside is fabulous and very well equipped and comfortable

Lovely apartment which has everything you need, very handy kitchen with an array of appliances. Very comfortable and loved the fireplace and balconies. Great location and access to restaurants and ski fields. Hosts are super friendly and very helpful.

Everything was great. The owners were very courteous, super helpful and couldn't do enough for you, they even left a welcome bottle of wine on the table for us. Not to mention wood for the log burner and water in the fridge. The apartment was big enough to fit six even though there were only four of us. It was amazingly well equipped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable, clean and parts were decorated in the style of a traditional ski chalet. The location was perfectly situated with various shops, a supermarket and some bars a few minutes away. One thing we did notice was that the apartment block was unbelievably quiet. This was probably due to most of the apartments belonging to permanent residents. Parking was free and directly right outside. So all in all we couldn't fault our stay, it exceeded all our expectations.

Nothing everything was perfect from the location to the apartment itself. I would highly recommend this apartment if anyone decides to stay in Sauze d'Oulx. Do not be deceived by the 1970's lobby, stairs, lift and communal areas because as soon as you step foot into the apartment you'll forget what's outside.

The amazing fold down beds, good communication with the hosts. The property was brilliantly equipped with everything we could possibly need.

We had some struggles with balancing the heating. We got great support from owners.

Located in a perfect spot for the town and ski lifts. Beautifully appointed apartment, very comfortable beds, literally perfect. in every respect. Our only tiny complaint was that there was no cork screw to open the gorgeous bottle of wine the owner had graciously left us. Other than that, it’s just fabulous. 100% recommend!

We loved MariaChiara and Mattia's beautiful apartment in Sauze D'Oulx and would 100% recommend. Super friendly hosts, who were very helpful and communicative from the start. The apartment has just been beautifully renovated and has some lovely details with brand new appliances. Three balconies with excellent views too. We were two couples and one single, and it was a little cramped, but absolutely perfect for a long ski weekend. Great location, just off the main square with a supermarket and bakery very close. We would definitely return! Thank you.

Two showers would be good for six people - but understand there is a limited space! We made it work!
