Versatile 2 bedroom apt near La Galeria

I like the location is close to a supermarket called superseis easy walking distance with my resturants and biggie that open 24/7 and the secruity and reception desk staff were super friendly.

We had a very frustrating experience staying here. Before arrival, I clearly informed the host through both WhatsApp and Booking.com that my wife would be picking up the keys, and I even provided her ID. Unfortunately, this was never communicated to the building’s front desk. When she arrived, they had no idea about the arrangement and only had my name, which caused unnecessary confusion and delays. Once we got into the apartment, the condition was very disappointing. There was a strong sewer-like smell throughout the unit, and the hot water had a noticeable sulfur odor (the cold water did not). The cleanliness was also far below acceptable standards. The bed sheets appeared unwashed, the pillows were yellow, there was dust everywhere, stains on the floors, and marks on the walls. On top of that, some light switches didn’t even work. We ended up having to clean the entire apartment ourselves just to make it livable. I contacted GoHost multiple times through WhatsApp and Booking.com. At first, they promised to send clean bed sheets and arrange cleaning, but days passed and no one ever showed up or delivered anything. After several follow-ups, they completely stopped responding. Even the front desk staff tried reaching out to them on our behalf and received no response. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing due to poor communication, lack of cleanliness, and zero follow-through on promises. I would not recommend staying here.
