Luxury San Marino apartment & pool view

Location excellent ,spacious accommodation ground floor lovely and clean , swimming pool spotless ,

Felt restricted around the pool with the rules as we had children no inflatable or pool toys and only 2 sunbeds . Apartment had no outdoor area . Need new pillows very uncomfortable.

A very nice, modern and very clean apartment. The location is great right by the bus station and a taxi stand. Many great cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. Very secure and a wonderful pool area. An excellent TV with Netflix if you wanted a night in. It did lack comfortable seating for four though with only one settee in the apartment.

The check in arrangements. The number we were given to call we were told they didn’t speak English and hung up on. They did arrive 5-10 minutes later but we were worried as this was 19:20. They ought to have text to tell us they were on their way after the call as they communicated well via text.

Lovely clean apartment, good location and gorgeous pool.

It was very hot, needs air con so we wouldn’t go in summer. But the host did kindly bring us a fan. There is no actual balcony as it’s within the apartment which makes drying beach towels etc hard.

Not recommenable due to bedbugs in one of the bedrooms which resulted in a serious attack by the insects during the night. Result: severe illness, fever, and inflammation all over the body. Bed linen and towels not up to standard (scarce and unclean). No helpful assistance from Holiday Tenerife (flatowner).

Good location

Not family friendly. The kids could not play in the pool and we had inflatable hammock that we would like to use in the pool to relax but that was not allowed. We were family of 5 but we were only allowed to have 2 sunbeds. Would recommend this place for elderly people. Not for families.

I couldn’t fault the property.

The apartment was very clean and fresh. All the furniture is new and it provided all the basic supplies for a nice holiday stay. Also the facilities of the compound are well kept. Very silent.

Two things to be aware: - one of the bedrooms has only an internal window on the kitchen - so you need to be careful when cooking - you only get two access cards for the pool, so if you are a larger group (like up) it might be tricky to all go together - The location is very nice but it does require walking uphill if you are walking back from the beach (not a problem in general, but be aware if you have reduced mobility)
