DRECK, RUNTERGEKOMMENE ZIMMER IND Flure, Zimmer 9 chaotisch laut und null Aussicht, Waschbecken und Badewanne kaputt. Teppiche schmutzig. Der Inhaber investiert nicht. Trotzdem teuer

Food was quite good with variety. Room, facing front street was quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly, all in an historic hotel.

Fantastic staff, they were chatty and helpful. The food was really good quality and well flavoured. The location is good as it’s right in the centre of Cranbrook. If you can’t find a spot in one of their 7 parking spots then there is a good amount of free parking near by.

The room is poor quality the price you pay. The bathroom in particular was terrible, there was peeling paint, the shower head was very dirty, the taps leaked onto the floor, the tiles were stained, the skirting board was also dirty/stained and there was a huge number of stone chips in the bathtub (they did note on a sticker on the wall that they had sanded them down for you - so your feet weren’t cut by them) The walls were also dirty and scuffed, poorly painted ceiling and walls

So nettes Ambiente. Stilisch und gemütlich mit super netten Personal. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das stört nicht.

Man könnte etwas mit der Renovierung nachholen, besonders die Fenster…und Teppich hält auch nicht ewig.

The hotel is in a lovely village and looks wonderful and the staff were very helpful.

The room was quite basic although comfortable.

Room was very poor and dated, tap not secure Carpet worn , paint work dirty and worn stair carpet very poor safe hazard. Staff was very good staff said this has been reported to head office before
