"Property needs more attendtion to the details. But clean."

Easy to find, close to where we needed to be in the morning. Indoor pool. Clean.

The internet. Breakfast area could use more help and tables.

I liked that it was out of the hustle and bustle of the city and I loved the price for such an excellent hotel.

The elevators were a little old and could have the interior updated.

"Horrible customer service"

Decent room but dirty old towels and wash cloths

Dirty towels and wash cloths and they charged me $250 for cigarette smell and I don’t smoke cigarettes at all. I called in after I checked out about the charge and the lady that answered the phone was rude and said she didn’t care she wasn’t reversing the charge. Even though I never smoked. I don’t feel like they cared to hear anything they wanted extra money and charged me for something I didn’t do. Meanwhile I seen their housekeeping and they smelled of smoke !!!

Nothing

The room and hallways were dirty. The whole place reeked of weed and cigarette smoke. Left early and they only refunded part of the bill.
