Dimeli - Sea View Villas in Foinikounta

A very stylish property with the most beautiful views. Lovely bedroom . Incredibly comfortable bed and great showers. Very well equipped. Alot to like.

Unfortunately a few rather important things I didn't like. Because this is an expensive rental one expects alot. The cleaner only comes every three days. In Greece you have to put your loo paper in the bin and not down the loo so this is in my view totally unacceptable 😑 especially as the bedroom toilet has no window. We've holidayed in Greece for years and the cleaners nearly always come each day . The sweet terrace was much too hot to sit on during the day and the plunge pool was very difficult to get into and had a super rough finish. The birds, which we loved came to drink from it regularly but poo'd around it..and it never got cleaned up. So we didn't really use it and that is really what your paying a premium for as you are up a hill some way out of Finicounda! Also difficult to find the lights..never did manage to find the main sitting room lights ! And the bedside lights didn't work at all. Sorry.....but we still had a great holiday and all these things are fixable..perhaps not the scorching terrace !

Dimeli Villas is a beautiful property of four villas, at the edge of a small village (Akritohori) about 10-15 minutes from Finikounda. It offers a quiet location, with easy access to the towns and villages of the southwest Peloponese and numerous beaches. While in the village, it is easily accessible from the Koroni-Methoni road, and the roads are in great condition. The property itself is beautifully and thoughtfully designed - it is modern, excellent quality materials, and includes all (and more) comforts for a short and long stay. The villa is spacious, and we appreciated and noticed that care and thought was put into the decorating touches as well as in ensuring that we had whatever we needed for the stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and included everything we needed - including a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, full stove, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine (which we didn’t need to use). The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and included very comfortable beds and pillows, new and clean linens, a smart TV. The bathrooms included toiletries- and we were pleasantly surprised to see them stocked with Apivita items. The outside space is beautiful - fully furnished (with umbrella), great views, beautiful landscaping and planting which adds to the aesthetic and privacy. The jacuzzi, sun beds and outdoor shower are great and elevate the experience - it’s the right size for a dip or day relaxing at the villa. There is nothing missing from this property! We appreciated the thoughtfulness and hospitality of the owners. We were greeted by one of the staff who showed us around (Stelio was super helpful and friendly), and were appreciative of the welcome basket with fruit, snacks and wine. The kitchen also had some essential items for cooking, and some food items and coffee for breakfast (thank you!). The property was also spotless and very clean.

There is nothing we did not like in the property. One thing to note is that although there is parking on the property, it may not be available (especially if other occupants have more than 1 car) —you may need to park on the little road outside the property or at the bottom of the property. We were able to always find a spot and it was a very short (although uphill) walk.

Le lieu, la qualité du logement et le très bon service et la discrétion de Christina et Stelios et le panier de fruits d'arrivée.

It is very cosy and welcoming, you directly feel at home. Nicely decorated and a nice welcome fruit basket awaited us and all you would need for first breakfast if you are not able to shop before that. 🫶🫶🫶

Amazing views, very peaceful and private, extremely comfortable stay. Short proximity to numerous beautiful beaches and lovely seaside towns.

Very well maintained villa with wonderful views, extremely comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything you could ever need and the furnishings were of good quality. The coffee, fruits, cake and basics found on arrival were a really nice touch, meaning no immediate dashes to the supermarket were necessary. Christina is a super nice host, very helpful and very friendly. Thank you so much for having us, we will be back again.
