The property is outstanding! The amount of care and consideration that went into the four year restoration of the hotel is completely unmatched. The rooms are large and luxurious with a beautiful communal courtyard and leisure area. From the moment you arrive and enter the property, you immediately feel as though you’ve entered an oasis. It’s peaceful, luxurious and cozy. The location is also fantastic, with markets, incredible restaurants and stores close by. The hosts make you feel so welcomed, go above and beyond to provide recommendations and ensure your stay is everything you hoped.

Fantastic hotel in a quiet street which has been beautifully renovated by the hosts, Bertrand and Fabien. The attention to detail is amazing, right down to the beautiful jam spoons! The hotel is lovely and small, just 4 rooms which makes for a nice quiet stay. All the details are there - comfortable beds, power outlets both sides of the bed, black out curtains, ac and ceiling fans - everything thought of. Downstairs there is a stylish seating area and an open courtyard with seating. The location is good - nearby restaurants/cafes and walking distance to the old town (around 15 minutes). Bertrand and Fabien are wonderful hosts (such lovely people) offering advice on where to eat, how to get to places and they produce the most amazing breakfast. Don't miss the breakfast. Fabien's tomato tart is wonderful - he makes the puff pastry himself!! Highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we stepped into La Novieta, we were enveloped by an atmosphere of effortless sophistication. It’s clear that every detail, from the shimmering marble style floors to the exquisitely curated library, has been carefully considered. The Mediterranean charm, infused with a modernist French elegance, is simply breathtaking. Bertrand, the epitome of a gracious host, greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine desire to ensure our stay was perfect. He even went above and beyond to rectify a booking error I'd made – a testament to his dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel's location is ideal, right in the heart of Valencia, offering easy access to the city's vibrant energy and must-see attractions. We found ourselves strolling through the charming streets, soaking in the ambiance and discovering hidden gems. The Library is, filled with architectural treasures, is a welcome addition for any book lover, finding inspiration for my own design projects. La Novieta is truly a unique experience. It's a place where luxury meets comfort and where personalized service elevates the entire experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Bertrand and Fabien, you have created a true gem in Valencia! **Tip:** Don't forget to enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the courtyard, with a nice Cabernet from the store around the corner.

This small hotel really is a gem. everything is beautifully furnished and great attention is paid to detail. Bertrand and Fabien were excellent and very friendly hosts and provided us (in different languages ;-)) with valuable tips about Valencia and the surrounding area. We had a few special requests (including for food) and they catered to them wonderfully. The breakfast was a dream and the tomato tart was fantastic! We were really sad to leave La Novieta and hope to come back soon. Best regards Rahel and Helena
