Centrally located apartments steps away from 5th avenue and the beach! By.Yeah

At the end of 5th avenue, Resturant on both corners and a 7/11store,ten minute walk on the 10th Avenue to a superstore, I recommend you hire a bike to get around so many bike paths, Great beaches with in walking distance, when you come out of the apartment turn left on 5th Ave, walk about 15 minutes.

Pools was great, had it to my self, you over looking many other rooftop pools in the area so can be nosie at night times, You looking into someone bedroom as a view but they not completed, it might be an other year, worth asking for uo date, Did not stop me being naked all the time haha

Great location, on 5th avenue but at the far end away from the overcrowded area. Host was very helpful when we requested a new pan for the kitchen. Swimming pool is also nice on the roof, and again was not too crowded to use

Good location for Coco beach. Bedrooms quite large with quiet ceiling fans.

Not enough towels and rolls, we had to unclog the bathroom sink ourselves. The small restaurants downstairs played music quite late. Two evenings we endured loud noises as repairman were fixing the main door

Nothing bad to say about this place. Modern and clean, and in a great location. Right near 5th but on the north side of Playa, so you have everything you need without it being so noisy and crazy. I didn't cook as I was only there for 2 nights but it seemed to have everything you needed. Small rooftop pool that was a great place to relax, eat, and swim. Great value for the money

Needs better lighting in the bathroom. It was a bit too dark in the shower and hard to use the mirror while trying to get ready. Could also use better bedding. It was an older bed set and not the most comfortable . The building is also very close to the building next door and so I had to keep the blinds down all the time as I didn't want people looking in. Not the fault of the owners of this apartment, it was just a bit annoying to not have privacy and not be able to have any sunshine come in the room. Nothing too bad though, would recommend and stay again, but these small things would make a big difference.

We enjoyed the location of the property. Water pressure was excellent and the rooftop pool and area was nice.

The bedding needed improvement and the freezer in the fridge needed to be defrosted so we could not use it for ice.

Location you could not ask for better.

TV you couldn't get normal channels ony Nexfix which you had to pay for . There was no kettle or toaster, and the ice box was not working. There were no tea towels, and instructions would be useful to use the cooker and tv.

The location is great. The walking street is just around the corner. Love the little restaurants around.

There are a few problems which these guys need to address: 1. No Wifi instructions. We had to find the wifi password ourselves 2. Only four Towels for four people for a total of 8 days seems less. 3. No garbage instructions. We didn’t have any clue on how to dispose garbage 4. Beware, they DO NOT provide free shuttle even after booking clearly mentions. They wanted us to pay for the shuttle from the airport 5. They provided just 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people for 8 days. We had to buy extra from the store twice.

Cleanliness: I recently stayed at this apartment and was incredibly impressed by its cleanliness. With most of the interior being all white, there wasn’t a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. It was very impressive. Beautiful Apartment: The apartment itself is stunning. Having traveled through the Yucatan for three weeks and previously explored Europe and Asia, I can confidently say that, at this price point, this is easily the most beautiful apartment I’ve stayed in. Vibe: Right outside, there's a charming mini 5th Avenue with stores and restaurants. It's not the main 5th Avenue, which is about a 5 minute drive away, but it offers a delightful vibe blend bwtn Playa and Tulum vibes.

However, there were a few downsides. Apartment Odor: Despite the apartment’s cleanliness, there was an uncomfortable sewer smell that didn’t end with time. You get used to it once inside, but every time you walk through the door, it hits you anew. To the owner's credit, they did provide air freshener which helped. Pool Access: We were unable to use the pool as it had bugs in it throughout our stay. This is common in the region when it rains, but other complexes I stayed at managed this issue better. It’s not a big deal if you don’t plan to use the pool, which is gorgeous, by the way, but I booked this complex for the pool as I was traveling with a 10-year-old who requested it. Parking: The biggest issue, however, was the parking. We rented a car and sought out an apartment with parking included, as parking is difficult in Playa. To park in the building, you need to leave your car outside, go into the building, take the elevator to the basement, and manually open the door every time. The street is a narrow one-way, so when you leave the car, you’re practically blocking traffic and just hoping no one comes behind you. Additionally, the garage is incredibly tight, making it very difficult to maneuver without scratching the car. After the first attempt, I decided to park on the street due to the inconvenience. Construction: There is heavy construction in the area. Construction and banging start as early as 9 AM and continue until past 6 PM. The noise is loud and feels like they are banging on your wall. If you like to sleep in or take mid-day naps, this might be challenging. If you are up early and out all day- this wont affect you Overall, if parking, pool access, and noise aren’t major concerns, this place is an amazing option and incredibly visually appealing.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was impeccably clean and situated in a perfect location, just near the 5th avenue. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured a smooth experience. Highly recommend!
