LA CASA DI Jo

Exceptional--spacious, nicely renovated rooms, a comfortable bed, an array of amenities, a lovely balcony, and a wonderful location--truly a fantastic choice for Cosenza. Giovanni and his team were extremely accessible and helpful. The apartment is just steps away from the river, the old town, the market, and Corso Mazzini, where you can partake in the passeggiata and will find an array of shops, bars, restaurants, public art, and gelaterie.

Not much to report here. The rooms are located in an old building, so if you have trouble navigating steep stairs and uneven pavement it might be a challenge.

The apartment was quite spacious and comfortable. Hosts were communicative and helpful. More importantly, it was very tidy and cleaned daily.

Giovanni and Mary were lovely and I felt they have set the bar high with the quality, comfort and facilities offered at thier B&B. I highly recommend this place.

Only one thing, entering at night from gate, up a dark staircase to the room. I spoke to Giovanni about this and he said he would put a light in.

This was our first trip to Cosenza and we were SO glad that we made stayed at La Casa Jo. The location cannot be better as it's exactly between the new town and old town Cosenza so you can walk anywhere easily. Also, it is only a 6 minute walk to the local train that takes you to the Cosenza main station. They are terrific at communicating and ensuring all is well. You do need to walk up quite a few steep staircases to reach the room but it really is not that hard and is totally worth it! If we come back to Cosenza, we will only stay at La Casa Jo!

Excellent location just minutes from both the historical centre and also the more modern commercial heart of the town, both of which are worth exploring (but I was especially enchanted with the historical centre where I spent most of my time wandering the narrow twisting lanes and stairs). Staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay to explore the city, especially the old town!

Amazing location in the center of Cosenza, clean and spacious rooms equipped with small kitchenette and coffee machine. Communication with hosts was flawless. Would definitely recommend.

It was hard to find AC power on button.

The hosts went way out of their way to help with transportation and any other little issues i had.

the stairs had a low spot you could hit your head going to the top floor, but they did protect it with cushioning.
