The owner scamming us. After Booking, he contact us personally ask to pay RM300 more for security deposit. After we check-out, he say he need to pay exactly RM300 for vacuum chemical service to clean our mess. This totally scam, we say want to make police report, suddenly they refund the money. Please read others review, this happen to someone else also.

Location wise is good since it’s near to MRT station n my home. At the end they going around KL driving. Thus, doesn’t really matter. Well maintained unit.

After checking out the owner of the property message me there is a broken vase near TV area which is very weird as nobody even see the vase or even nearby the TV area. Apartment was booked for my daughter’s Uni friends. In fact most of the time they are not in the apartment. Coming back very late just for sleeping. Feel like a scam trying to get more money. 😠 I was lucky that I did not transfer 300 ringgit deposit required before check-in. The rates shows in booking.com is only about 70% of the actual rate you have to pay. Please be careful if you want to book this kind of property.

I spoken to the house owner, very down to earth person. Very big space, excellent flat.

This homestay is good and cosy..overall it was clean and comfortable for us to stay..the host was amazing as well...the place is convenient as it is near the mrt station..all in all we are very satisfied...will definitely repeat this place again!
