Location was brilliant

The apartment was perfect! Spotlessly clean, good air conditioning, quiet terrace and fantastic location. Separate bedroom was very useful for us. The bathroom was shower sink, toilet and bidet and perfect in size. Little extras provided were very kind, like towels, washing up liquid, shower gel and toilet rolls. The apartment was cleaned and the plants on the terrace well cared for. Just steps away from bars and restaurants in the strip, but equally not noisy inside either! Area was safe for us to walk at all hours, and the streets were clean and locals kind. Best apartment we have stayed inn a long time! We kept our windows open at night, and felt very safe at all times which is important for 2 girls. The owner kept in touch and was extra helpful, checking in during our stay to make sure we were all ok or needed anything. Many hotels are expensive in Seville, but this was a very good price, and the terrace was huge and meant we could eat outside every day. Definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Nothing - everything was perfect for us.

Basic holiday apartment in a great location just off Alameda de Hercules with bars and restaurants, but still very quiet on a side street. The rooftop terrace was really nice to have.

The apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived despite the agreed and confirmed check in time, so we had to leave again and return an hour later. The apartment itself was ok but could use a bit of love and doing up, we just used it to sleep and as a base to see the city and it was good for that. The roof terrace could also use a little love, the plants had died and no one seemed to look after it.

The apartment has got a great position in the heart of Sevilla. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants. The host was really kind and available. (She gave us a list of recommended places and restaurants).

We found some real problems with cleaning. The house was totally dirty. The first day we found in the bathroom some hairs in the shower tray, the towels and the bed sheet were dirty, the fridge was full of mold and we found also a bottle of wine open inside. (that means that no one open the fridge to clean it since really long time). Due to the fridge with mold we didn't use the kitchen. The price was high and it isn't fair for what we got.
