Perfect location for stay in Jerusalem! Apartments are very clean and comfortable for family stay.

Need to give instructions about smart home upfront. But when we asked how to operate it - the answer was immediate 💪👏🙂

Location was fairly convenient for our needs. Could not access the garage throughout our stay without calling the guard each time which was a pain, even though the guard supposedly added our car to the system.

Too many things wrong. Obviously no one checked the apartment carefully between occupants. Most items on our long list were fixed during our stay. One HUGE exception was the heat NEVER worked the entire time we were there. Another annoying thing was the cleaner was there when we arrived late in the evening. He slopped water over the entire couch soaking it and rendering it unusable for 2 days (until it dried). The TV did not work for several days until it too was fixed. The porch/balcony was covered in bird droppings and also unusable.

The apartment was wonderful for my family and I! Very spacious and clean! We had a dedicated parking spot which made it convenient! The host was super responsive to our questions!
