the location was near to burnham park and it is an old house which made it unique

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing due to its subpar service and unclean rooms. The lack of attention to cleanliness was evident throughout. Unfortunately, water heater on the second floor are too high to reach it is almost at the ceiling level and the shower drain is clooged. It was so frustrating that this problem can be solved by moving into a another room but they want us to use ONLY THE BATHROOM of the room. It made for an unpleasant experience overall.

location is good, accesible to everything .

some peoplle were still noisy downstairs butbit did not bother me at all, i am used to that , maybe some don’t.

The breakfast was great !the location was good closes to the tourist spot of the area.

The loud of some guest to other room esp the wall of the room was made of wood,that make me feel mad .middle of the night was so loud from other room,that noise awake me up.even the hotel have a policy not to create noise between 9pm 7am that rules has never follow from other guest of the said hotel.

The place itself is great. The heritage home turned into a boutique hotel is beautiful, rustic, and charming. The cafe/restaurant served great food. It is also conveniently located right in the heart of the city. Another bonus is the fact that it is pet friendly

The hotel service left a lot to be desired. Checking in was especially inconvenient (though the hotel let us check out at a later hour to compensate). There was also a lot of noise, especially in the room downstairs, as there was some renovation being done.

The location is perfect and very quiet place.

Set of food on the menu, not for everybody. Coffee need more improvement.
