The hotel staffs were friendly and hospitable. Location is nice. No issue with any amenity. Breakfast is okay, although brought from outside and delivered to the rooms.

I could not contact the hotel through their phone prior to arriving here, made to wait on the line for >20 mins. I had multiple questions. I emailed them the questions but they were ignored. Their email replies are generic, often exact copies of previous replies. They did not respond to my messages sent to them through booking.com. The hotel room was sad. Very little sunlight enters through the windows. Walls right outside the windows. The pics on booking.com did not give me the right impression about the true nature of the room. Street dogs barking at night disrupted my sleep every night — I’ve noticed others mentioning this too.
