Spacious 2 Bed Flat in Central Plymouth

Everything. The location was perfect. The owner's are very responsive and friendly. Within a very short walk there is a children's playground, dog exercise area and a convenience shop. It is a very short walk to the train station and a 10 minute walk to Plymouth city centre. Everything is modern and extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable. The street after dark is also very quiet. Excellent selection of books in the apartment including cooking books. Also, games and DVDs.

There is no direct parking outside, but there is some nearby. Slight things, but they won't affect your stay. We couldn't find an ironing board. Maybe a TV in the bedrooms. However we had our tablets and computers so it wasn't a problem.

Très bon séjour, l'appartement est très mignon, bien équipé, et bien situé. Nous avons pu visiter la ville à pied. Il y a un supermarché à proximité. Le quartier est calme. Parfait 👍😁

Mal insonorisé. Vous entendez tous les déplacements des voisins du dessus. Mais ça ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé.

The place was very clean. It was also very close to the centre, which we liked very much.

There wasn't enough tissue paper or bin bags! We stayed for five days, and we are a family of four, we needed more tissue.

Easy location to get to from train station and city centre, perfect size for what we needed for a couple days. Hosts were so helpful when we had to contact them and did everything they could to help :) Would definitely pick to stay here again.

Clean, spacious, near city centre. Well equipped. Appliances and kitchenware were all new and excellent quality. Had a milk in the fridge for morning coffee and breakfast. Very thoughtful, and much appreciated. Also appreciated the coffee plunger to make fresh coffee. Enjoyed the interesting magazines and wide-screen freeview TV. Most importantly the hosts are welcoming and friendly and provided accurate information.

No parking anywhere nearby. Especially over-night parking. But this a common problem in seaside towns and certainly around Plymouth. In the city there's plenty of public parking. Building is very noisy--you can hear everything happening in other apartment, to the point where it sounded like they were opening your door when they were in fact going into their own apartment. Could even hear a little kid humming upstairs. No outside views, other than up the street.
