Appartement de Luxe 1 Chambre à coucher, Centre Commercial, Piscine et Fitness

The apartment was lovely and clean, host was very responsive and helpful with check in etc., there is a bus stop right outside the apartment and a tram stop 3 mins walk, it is roughly 15 minute tram to the city centre and not really the worst thing as the transport is all free. Also situated above a shopping centre so nice and close to a host of food places.

Honestly, only the pool and sauna facilities were worth this stay.

Ever since we arrived, it’s just been one issue after another. For starters, we got no info about how to do the self check-in even though I’d messaged on the booking chat, no one replied. When we showed up, I had to call the number listed and ended up getting the check-in details over WhatsApp. We made it in, but then discovered there was no hot water for showers. I tried reaching out again on booking chat and WhatsApp, but the owner only got back to me the next morning, saying someone would come fix it. No one ever showed up, so we had to go to the pool’s shared showers, which wasn’t great with how cold it is here in Luxembourg. The owner really didn’t seem interested in helping and just kept saying he was “pushing” someone to fix things, but nothing happened. Honestly, the lack of communication and help has made this a pretty frustrating experience. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Good, safe area around, shopping mall downstairs so you can always buy what u need

Cleaning service did not prepare place very good, I have seen much cleaner apartments (especially kitchen and bathroom). Dishwasher in the kitchen but no tabs for it.

Das Sofa ist leider kein angenehmer Schlafplatz, Sauberkeit so lala, die Türgriffe im Wellnessbereich sind schon abgenudelt - 2x hatten wir den Griff in der Hand und eingesperrt sein ist nicht lustig , also die Rettungstreppe runter bis auf die Straße, Kontakt seitens des Host erfolgt erst kurz vor Check-in-Zeit, Zugänge per Codes, Sonntag abends sind viele Restaurants geschlossen

Hygiëne, eten en drinken van de vorige verblijvers stond nog in de ijskast. Keuken toebehoren waren niet altijd even proper.

Edificio muy nuevo y moderno con un gran centro comercial de cuatro plantas debajo de las viviendas y con sauna y piscina climatizada a nuestra disposición. Muy bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad. El baño y la cocina eran nuevos y la cama grande estaba muy bien. Tenía una terraza muy agradable en el exterior del apartamento

El wc tenía restos de heces a nuestra llegada. Los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios en el lavavajillas y en los cajones. Tuvimos que limpiarlo todo nosotros antes de utilizarlos. No pudimos mostrárselo al anfitrión porque no estaba allí. El sofá no es cama, simplemente se eleva la parte de abajo que es muy dura para descansar las piernas cuando te sientas en el sofá pero no vale como cama. La primera noche durmieron mis hijos y uno acabó prefiriendo dormir sobre la alfombra y la segunda noche dormí yo misma en la zona dura y era una simple tabla, peor que en el suelo. No tenía aparcamiento concertado y en el centro comercial era muy caro para todo el día y en los alrededores estaba limitado a tres horas máximo.
