Had wifi, a bed, chairs, shower with hot water, working toilet, fridge, and microwave. The lights worked too and the AC worked as well. Had a parking spot.

NOT WORTH THE VALUE PRICED. Place smelled weird, was dusty or dirty everywhere. Wifi and TV worked but wifi was spotty at times and TV would just cut off after like 30 min. Toilet was dirty, put down paper towel before sitting. Shower/Tub was disgusting. I bought a mat to stand on, but the rust inside rose with the water so it didn't help much. And everything in the bathroom was more yellow than white. The door also didn't close and the bar soap they gave me by the sink was not clean, there was some dirt or something in the packet. How, I have no idea. Only one trash can and the toilet kept making a loud hissing sound like it was being filled the whole time. The closet didn't have a light and only a few hangers, but no pole to rack your shirts though and smelled. The fridge worked, but it's freezer inside was small and not that cold and wasn't clean enough along the edges and such. The bed probably didn't have bugs in it, but I didn't chance it and bought my own sheets and pillowcases to put over it when I slept. I just immediately didn't trust the cleanliness of the place as soon as I stepped in. On top of that, you can't really cancel, because there's no refund. The fee of canceling is not getting your money back, even if it's literally a couple hours after booking by mistake. They won't even respond to your requests on it. Probably the only way they can get people to stay.

Dirty Over charged

Overall the accommodation was decent close to where I needed to be but the property charged additional amount because they did not respect the amount that was paid through booking.com. They insisted that payment be in cash and to not rebook through the website if the stay was going to be longer and said if we didn’t agree then we could leave.

El trato horrible, pusieron el precio que se les dio la.gana, no aceptaban tarjeta y no querían regresarnos nuestro dinero en efectivo. Batallamos mucho para que nos dieran el dinero

Me gusto que el interior de la habitacion estaba limpia y aislaba los sonidos bien.

La persona me cobro mas de lo que decia la aplicacion, pague con tarjeta de credito y una vez aprobada no me quedia dar la habitacion, porque mi tarjeta era mexicana, aun cuando ya se habia cobrado. El probrema se soluciono pero termine pagando 35USD extra.
