location is great in the very calm and lovely part of Matara, Mediha and Polhena, the rooms were spacious, with still nice view, even if the other side of the road, restaurant is the best of the whole Mediha / polhena area with great breakfast and lots of varieties for dinner and located on the beach with possibility to see turtles, fishermen, ... . Staff is so helpful (i had a medical problem during the stay)

Excellent staff and yummy breakfast. Nice facilities and shows that the take care of their property. Location is fair, the beach is quiet which is nice but still a tuk tuk ride from main beaches and restaurants. There are a few good restaurant options near the hotel. Good value.

Staff were extremely polite and helpful and were keen to ensure that guests were having a wonderful stay. The whole trip was good value at this basic but clean and friendly guest house. We tried a couple of restaurants in the immediate area and hands-down the guest house's restaurant was the best of the bunch, the breakfast was especially delicious. The private beach was also the best spot in the immediate area as it was clean and safe with sunbeds which the staff were pleased to set up for us. Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool this also looked clean and inviting. There is private parking available on request.

Don't recommend the 360 restaurant next door as food was mediocre and staff deliberately kicked a puppy for no good reason. Stay at the Beach Inns restaurant instead.

Host/Manager was very helpful and committed to make our stay perfect as possible. Pool was good size and breakfast was amazing. Sea was suitable for swimming although it's monsoon season due to rock and reef barrier.
