Little Oaks House - Historic Charm & Modern Comfort in Colchester by Catchpole Stays

Such a lovely home, myself, and my Fiancé enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully decorated and is in a great location. The bedrooms were great size. Checking in and out was super easy. The house kept in the warmth, which was perfect during our winter stay. I would definitely recommend it. This will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we visit family

Unfortunately, the sofa wasn't the comfiest. Other than that, there were no issues

The place itself was clean, comfortable and compact overall; in a good quiet neighborhood. The washing machine had a dryer. Property manager was friendly and helpful. The WiFi was fast, there were lots of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions around in the area all within walking distance. There's a nearby post office as well for internationals who want to get their BRP

Rooms were clean

The location was very poor, and the parking bay was very bad( smiles] This was very bad for i and my family. Everyone was very disappointed. I really find it difficult to go out of the room

Good facilities; full kitchen, washer/drier. Was clean and well-situated near to my work site.

It was a beautiful holiday home. Great location, cosy and spotless. It had everything you needed. Bed was so comfy we slept really well.

Decor

It was not very clean. There was a smell from the carpets that wasn't very nice. The floors should have been cleaned better.

Lovely clean property, small but enough for us as a family. Good location to where we needed to go.

Very noisy from the road outside, even with the windows closed and the walls seemed really thin as could hear next doors tv and then talking to the early hours. Also very hard to park but this was explained prior to booking.
