Jomotel Dayaar - An Apple Orchard Villa

The pet friendly atmosphere and politeness of staff will make you forget about your own home. They all are well behaved and know how to please their guests. The quality and quantity of food was so generous and mouth watering. Rooms are so hygienic and clean. The stay in Jomotel dayaar was awesome and beautiful for me as well as my family. My pet, Brownie also had a lot of fun, she had so much space to play and the staff were also very pet friendly.

There is nothing to dislike about the place except a mirror definitely needed inside the room

I recently stayed at for four nights, and my experience was far below expectations. Upon arrival, I discovered that the geyser was not working, which was especially inconvenient given the extremely cold weather conditions. I was provided with hot water in buckets, which was not acceptable for a hotel stay. Additionally, the blanket covers were dirty, adding to my discomfort. After facing these issues, I checked out early the next day. I spoke with the manager, Vikas, who promised me a refund for the poor experience. However, despite it being 10 days since my departure, I have yet to receive the refund, and my concerns have not been addressed. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to guest comfort and the failure to follow through on promises. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their facilities and service.

1. Location - Away from the rush life of the city, located at apple orchard farm it is the best get away for a relaxing vacation 2. Staff - Big smile on face and helping gesture of staff really made us overlook minor inconvenience. Big shout out to Sumit ji for making such delicious food for us 3. View and comfortable rooms - We booked a 2BHK, a Cozy room and 2 Pahadi view rooms. All had great views and comfortable bedding. 4. Restaurant and bonfire - Great place to hangout and enjoy the scenic view alongside music & bonfire

1. Amenities - Though there were amenities like induction and a few utensils, the kitchen in 2BHK lacked a microwave, essential cooking utensils, basic spices(salt, pepper, sugar, etc) which are required to make the kitchen fully operational on its own. Induction needs repairing 2. Power outage & voltage fluctuations - Being in a remote area we found voltage fluctuations quite often which resulted in low heating from room heaters, no hot water for some time, induction un ll functional . When we informed the staff they switched on their own diesel generators which worked perfectly but with it happening so many times it felt we had adjusted around it not the other way around 3. Need more staff - With just 3 staff members serving the entire facility with full occupancy of 16 guests it was obvious that there would be delay in services

Everything.. excellent stay

Location is exotic. Hotel interior was aesthetic. The mountain view was one of the best I have ever seen. Hugely recommend this place to all other travellers. Even the quantity and quality of food provided was exceptional.

Variety in the menu offered.

What a amazing stay at there..beautiful breathtaking location, mountain view from the balcony is mesmerising, top notch service, food, outstanding hospitality by the staffs.. The decorations of rooms,dining,lawn is so aesthetic, can't get rid of this stay..will visit again..

A good stay, remote in the apple orchards, good food, great rooms. The one we had booked, Machan, was actually a bit congested, so changed to another room for higher tarrif. But the views from property are worth it. Special thanks to the guys at the kitchen for help with the kid's food.

A clarification should be there about the Machan room, as it's not old age or kids friendly.
